In her statement, Wang emphasized that a reevaluation of life goals was the primary reason for her departure. She is leaving an organization that played a central role in her career, but now, according to her, it is time for new horizons. Wang's departure is not an isolated incident. In February 2025, Tomasz Stańczak left a similar role as co-executive director, sparking a wave of discussions within the community.
