At the AI Future Stage platform, a substantive discussion took place, during which industry leaders analyzed how neural networks are transforming the path from school to a career in IT and which skills will become critically important in the coming years.

Key Topics of the Discussion

Experts focused on several fundamental issues. The spotlight was on training AI personnel: who should bear responsibility—universities, short-term courses, or corporate training centers? Participants agreed that the classic university curriculum often fails to keep pace with the pace of technological development, and it is hybrid formats—a combination of a fundamental foundation and practical intensives—that yield the best results.

Special emphasis was placed on preparing for uncertainty. The market changes faster than curricula, so adaptability becomes a key skill. The automation of routine processes is already transforming the labor market: some professions are disappearing while others emerge, requiring a completely different set of competencies.
