Spot Bitcoin ETFs in the US recorded a second consecutive week of net capital inflows. During the reporting week, the funds attracted $75.67 million, finally solidifying a shift in sentiment after a prolonged eight-week streak of outflows.

The turning point emerged a week earlier. Between July 6 and July 10, the funds turned positive for the first time in a long while, gaining $197.4 million. From July 13 to July 17, the positive trend continued, albeit with less impressive figures.

How flows changed day by day

Before the reversal, investors systematically withdrew funds from Bitcoin ETFs. For eight consecutive weeks, outflow volumes sometimes exceeded $1.5 billion per week. However, the past week showed a mixed picture. The only negative day was recorded on July 13, with an outflow of $424.66 million. After that, the flow reversed: on July 14, inflows amounted to $181.08 million, on July 15 — $107.8 million, on July 16 — $79.15 million, and on July 17 — $132.3 million. Thus, the total net inflow for the week offset the single outflow, and the total assets in the funds reached $51.35 billion.

What is happening with other ETFs

Investor interest was not limited to Bitcoin. Spot Ethereum ETFs attracted $105.44 million over the same week, surpassing Bitcoin funds in inflow volume. This is a notable signal, indicating growing appetite for altcoins through regulated instruments.

Also, XRP funds recorded a noticeable inflow of $6.78 million. The inflow into Solana ETFs was more modest — about $948,210. However, not all assets remained in positive territory. Funds for the HYPE token showed an outflow of $7.26 million, while other crypto products had zero flows.

My analysis: The second week of inflows into Bitcoin ETFs is not just a technical rebound, but a signal of returning institutional interest. However, it is important to note that volumes are still far from the record levels seen at the start of the year. We are witnessing a cautious but confident recovery of trust. If this trend continues, we could see a new wave of Bitcoin growth, but a third consecutive week of sustained inflows is needed to confirm the bullish trend.
