H100 Group has grown its bitcoin reserve to 3,506 BTC: the largest deal in the European treasury segment.

Bitcoin is the best store of value. Bitcoin is the best investment

Swedish investment company H100 Group has completed the strategic acquisition of NSD (formerly known as WR Start), increasing its bitcoin reserve by 2,455.37 BTC to reach 3,506.4 BTC. This deal marks the largest acquisition in the European segment of public bitcoin treasuries, confirming the growing market consolidation among institutional holders of digital assets.

Deal Mechanics and Key Metrics

Notably, the transaction was structured on a "Bitcoin-for-Bitcoin" basis — without involving fiat currency. This not only demonstrates both parties' confidence in the long-term potential of the first cryptocurrency but also highlights the trend of using BTC as a settlement instrument in corporate mergers and acquisitions. As a result of the deal, the BTC per fully diluted share metric increased by approximately 5%, which is a positive signal for H100 Group shareholders.

Such moves strengthen bitcoin's position as a corporate reserve asset, especially amid macroeconomic uncertainty in Europe. H100 Group continues to follow an accumulation strategy that is becoming increasingly popular among public companies seeking to diversify their treasury portfolios.

My analysis: The H100 Group deal is not just a balance sheet increase but a signal of market maturity. The use of BTC as a means of payment in M&A transactions indicates that cryptocurrency is gradually ceasing to be a speculative instrument and is becoming a full-fledged financial asset. However, investors should closely monitor volatility: at current prices, such a reserve adds significant risk, but also return potential if the market continues its upward trend.
