Robinhood Chain breaks records: 11.6 million transactions per day and explosive growth of the USDe stablecoin

The past week was a landmark one for Robinhood Chain: from August 3 to 9, the network recorded an all-time high in daily activity — 11.6 million transactions. This is an impressive 30% increase compared to the previous seven-day period, indicating rapid infrastructure scaling and growing user interest.
Equally telling is the jump in key metrics. Total value locked (TVL) surged by 32%, reaching $473 million. The number of daily active addresses increased by 3.3%, confirming that this is not a one-off spike but the formation of a sustained trend.
The main catalyst for this surge was the USDe stablecoin. Over the past month, its volume on the network skyrocketed from $17 million to $253 million — a growth of more than 14 times. USDe now controls 43% of the total "stablecoin" supply on Robinhood Chain, confidently displacing the previous leader — USDG, which had previously dominated the ecosystem.
This dynamic is understandable: USDe offers attractive yields and liquidity, making it a natural choice for users seeking capital-efficient tools amid market volatility. The redistribution of shares in favor of USDe is not just statistics but a signal of shifting preferences within the DeFi segment.
My analysis: The record 11.6 million transactions and the parallel growth in TVL indicate that Robinhood Chain is transforming from a niche project into a full-fledged competitor to major L1/L2 networks. However, the key risk is concentration on a single asset. If USDe faces regulatory pressure or liquidity issues, the network could feel the full impact. Investors should closely monitor the diversification of the stablecoin supply in the coming quarters.
