Acrab raised $350 million to build next-generation AI infrastructure.

Singapore-based startup Acrab has closed a funding round worth over $350 million. These funds will be directed toward building computing infrastructure focused on artificial intelligence agent systems. The company plans to use the capital to develop its own platform, conduct research in high-performance computing, expand its partner network, and enter global markets.

Full-cycle architecture for agentic AI

Founded in 2024, Acrab has already established itself as a developer of comprehensive computing architecture. Its technology portfolio includes specialized AI chips, solutions for local deployment of large language models, operating systems, multimodal interfaces, and AI agent management systems. The company's first product was the GΞLIX platform, designed for local execution of LLMs in agentic AI tasks.

According to the Acrab team, GΞLIX has already been tested in real-world conditions and is at the stage of transitioning to its first industrial deployment. The next phase is mass production. This is particularly important amid growing demand for autonomous AI systems capable of performing complex multi-step tasks without constant human intervention.

Expert opinion: Raising $350 million at such an early stage is a signal that investors see enormous potential in the agentic AI segment. However, Acrab's success will depend not only on technology but also on its ability to scale production and withstand competition from giants like NVIDIA. The market expects practical results, not just ambitious statements.
