Acrab has raised $350+ million to build infrastructure for the era of agentic AI.

Singapore-based startup Acrab has announced raising cumulative funding exceeding $350 million. These funds will be directed toward building a next-generation computing infrastructure designed for agentic artificial intelligence systems. The company plans to use the capital to develop its own platform, conduct fundamental research in computing architectures, expand strategic partnerships, and actively enter international markets.

Founded in 2024, Acrab focuses on creating a comprehensive "full-cycle" computing architecture. Its development portfolio includes specialized AI chips, solutions for local deployment of large language models (LLMs), operating systems, multimodal interfaces, and AI agent management technologies. The company's flagship product is the GΞLIX platform, which enables local LLM deployment for agentic AI tasks. According to the Acrab team, this solution has already been validated in real-world conditions and is currently transitioning to its first industrial implementation and subsequent mass production.

Analytical commentary: Raising such a significant amount of funding at an early stage indicates high investor confidence in the concept of decentralized and local computing infrastructure for AI. This could signal a paradigm shift: instead of cloud-based solutions, we will increasingly see specialized "hardware" for agentic AI operating directly on user devices.
