Acrab raised $350 million to build infrastructure for agentic AI.

Singapore-based startup Acrab has announced raising over $350 million in total funding. These funds will be directed toward building computing infrastructure for artificial intelligence agent systems. The company plans to use the capital to develop its own platform, conduct research in computing architectures, expand its partner network, and enter international markets.

Acrab was founded in 2024 and has focused from the outset on developing end-to-end computing solutions for AI. Its technology portfolio includes specialized AI chips, systems for local deployment of large language models (LLMs), operating systems, multimodal interfaces, and AI agent management technologies.

The startup's flagship product is the GΞLIX platform, designed for local execution of LLMs in agent AI tasks. According to the team, the solution has already been validated in real-world scenarios and is at the stage of transitioning to its first industrial deployment and mass production. This is particularly significant amid growing demand for autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex multi-step tasks without constant connection to cloud servers.

The scale of the funding raised — $350 million — indicates strong investor confidence in the concept of decentralized and local data processing for AI. Given current trends in data privacy and reducing dependence on centralized cloud providers, Acrab could secure a key position in this niche. However, success will depend on the speed of bringing the product to market and the ability to compete with established giants such as NVIDIA and Google in the AI chip segment.
