Acrab startup raised $350 million to build infrastructure for agentic AI

Singapore-based startup Acrab has announced raising over $350 million in total funding. These funds will be directed toward developing a new generation of computing infrastructure designed for artificial intelligence agent systems. The company intends to use the capital to build its own platform, deepen research into computing architectures, expand strategic partnerships, and enter global markets.

Founded in 2024, Acrab develops a full cycle of computing solutions: from specialized AI chips to operating systems and multimodal interfaces. The startup's key product is the GΞLIX platform, designed for local deployment of large language models (LLMs) in agentic AI tasks. According to the team, the solution has already undergone practical verification in real-world conditions and is currently moving toward its first industrial implementation and mass production.

Analytical commentary: Raising such significant funding at an early stage is a strong signal that the market recognizes the urgent need for decentralized and local computing power for AI. Agent systems require not only high performance but also autonomy from centralized cloud providers. If Acrab successfully scales GΞLIX, it could fundamentally reshape the landscape of both AI infrastructure and the crypto economy, where such solutions become a bridge between blockchain and artificial intelligence.
