Ethereum Foundation loses top manager: a new era for the foundation?
Co-Executive Director of the Ethereum Foundation, Xiao-Wei Wang, has officially left her post and stepped down from the foundation's board. This decision was made after an extended sabbatical. In her statement, she emphasized that her departure is related to a reassessment of personal priorities and a desire to focus on other life goals.
This is already the second major personnel change in the foundation's leadership in recent months. As a reminder, Tomasz Stańczak left a similar position in February. As a temporary measure to stabilize management, Bastian Aue was appointed, who now serves as acting co-executive director.

In my view, this is a signal that the organization is in a phase of deep internal reorganization. The change of key figures can be both a sign of healthy renewal and a symptom of instability, depending on who takes over and what management reforms are implemented.
