NVIDIA has officially announced the launch of 35 new AI and HPC supercomputers deployed across 23 European countries. This event marks the largest annual expansion of supercomputing infrastructure in the region's history. According to the company, over 3 million researchers will gain access to these high-performance systems, significantly accelerating scientific research in artificial intelligence, modeling, and big data processing.

Hybrid Computing: Quantum and Classical

Special attention in the announcement is given to hybrid quantum-classical computing. Leading European computing centers — CINECA (Italy), Fraunhofer FOKUS (Germany), Barcelona Supercomputing Center (Spain), and Jülich Supercomputing Centre (Germany) — are already using the CUDA-Q platform. This technology enables the integration of quantum processors with GPU supercomputers, creating a powerful symbiosis to solve problems inaccessible to traditional architectures.

Analytical Commentary: This is not just another hardware update. NVIDIA is effectively shaping a new European computing ecosystem, where AI acceleration becomes the standard and quantum simulations become a practical tool. For investors and developers, this is a signal: the bet on GPU infrastructure in Europe is moving from the experimental phase to large-scale industrial deployment. The high-performance computing market in the region will receive a powerful boost, and we will see increased demand for specialized software and cloud solutions within the next 12–18 months.
