Virell Trade launches Stabliq Wallet: a new standard for working with stablecoins without native gas

A new player has emerged in the cryptocurrency wallet market, addressing one of the most painful issues for stablecoin users — the need to hold native tokens to pay network fees. Virell Trade has introduced Stabliq Wallet, a non-custodial wallet optimized for working with USDT, USDC, and other stablecoins on Ethereum and TRON networks.
How the Gasless Mechanism Works
The main innovation of Stabliq Wallet is the ability to pay transaction fees directly in stablecoins, without needing ETH or TRX in the balance. When creating a wallet, the user is offered two modes:
- Gasless — the fee for any transaction is automatically deducted from the stablecoin held by the user;
- Standard — gas is paid with the network's native token, as in regular wallets.
Currently, the Gasless function is only active on the Ethereum network, but this is already a significant step forward. To transfer USDT on the Ethereum network, you no longer need to buy ETH — Stabliq Wallet deducts the fee in stablecoins directly from the user's balance. The built-in token swap works similarly: no ETH is required for gas.
Features and Security
Stabliq Wallet offers a standard set of modern features: support for multiple accounts, wallet import via seed phrase or private key, an address book, transaction history, adding custom tokens, and transfers via QR code.
The wallet operates on a non-custodial model — private keys and seed phrases are stored exclusively on the user's device. Only the owner has access to the funds. The development is handled by Virell Trade FZ-LLC, registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAKEZ) in the UAE. The app is already available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
Cryptalist Analysis
This is truly an important step for the mass adoption of stablecoins. The "gas barrier" problem is one of the main reasons retail users avoid frequent USDT transactions on Ethereum. Stabliq Wallet removes this barrier, making working with the Ethereum network as simple as with centralized payment systems. However, it is worth noting that Gasless support is currently limited to Ethereum — it has not yet been implemented for TRON. If Virell Trade expands this feature to other networks, the wallet could capture a significant market share, especially among users who actively operate with stablecoins and do not want to hold extra native tokens.
