Robinhood Chain sets a record: 11.6 million transactions per day and explosive growth of the USDe stablecoin

Robinhood

The Robinhood Chain network demonstrated impressive momentum last week. Between August 3 and 9, the daily transaction volume reached an all-time high of 11.6 million operations, a 30% increase over the previous week's figures. This is not just a statistical spike—it is a signal of growing user confidence in the platform's infrastructure.

Key network metrics confirm a sustained trend. The total value locked (TVL) jumped by 32%, reaching $473 million. The number of daily active addresses grew by 3.3%, indicating an expansion in the base of real users rather than activity from a few large players.

The main catalyst for growth was the USDe stablecoin. Over the past month, its volume on the network surged from $17 million to $253 million—a more than 14-fold increase. USDe now accounts for 43% of all stablecoin supply on Robinhood Chain, confidently displacing the previously dominant USDG from the top spot. This rotation of assets within the network points to a redistribution of liquidity in favor of more profitable or functional instruments.

From my expert perspective, this growth in USDe is not a coincidence but a natural result of the strengthening integration between traditional finance and the DeFi ecosystem. Robinhood Chain is becoming a testing ground for new liquidity models, and if the current pace continues, we could see competition with leading L2 solutions in the coming quarters. However, investors should closely monitor stablecoin volatility—rapid capital inflows are often accompanied by elevated risks.
